Mihaela Anișoara
Dinică
Mihaela is a co-founder & Artistic Director of Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L
Mihaela started her career in Ballet as a student with the State Ballet Academy of Bucharest and graduated with highest honors in Classical Ballet and other forms of dance, such as Lyrical Ballet, Contemporary, Character Dance and Choreography.
She is the Winner of the 1st place award and National Champion of Romania in Classical Ballet. Throughout her professional career, Mihaela performed for and was part of institutions such as the Opera House Bucharest, in Romania, the State National Theater of Serbia, in Novisad, Serbia and the Oleg Danovsky State Theater of Constanta, in Romania. She has also performed and toured around the world in famous ballets such as Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake , Nutcracker, Cinderella, Don Quijote, Giselle, La Fille Mal Gradee, Paquita, Bayadera, Carmina Buranna, Anna Karenina.
Following her professional career as a Ballerina, she continued her passion for ballet by becoming a ballet master and teacher for children and adults. Certified under “Vaganova” methodology, and an associate & representative internationally with ARBTA UK, as well as a teacher member of CID UNESCO, Paris. Mihaela has taught students around the world from international schools in Europe, and the Middle East.
Prior to her current role, Miheala, taught and developed Ballet and extracurricular programs from the ground, up for over ten years, during her time with the International School of SABIS. Whilst mainly residing across schools in Qatar and the UAE, during her time with SABIS, Mihaela also served as the Gulf Regional Coordinator for Ballet and Gymnastics for the Middle East. As a Coordinator, Mihaela further enhanced and expanded Ballet programs, as well as overseeing their implementation, and delivery across multiple schools and countries in the Middle East portfolio.
Following a successful career with SABIS, Mihaela undertook a new challenge, this time aiming at bringing her expertise of building Ballet programs and maintaining them, to the European continent. Currently, Mihaela is a permanent Ballet Master of Åsane BalletteSkole, for the 'Elite training program' and for the 'Talent Group’, part of the State Ballet Academy (Den Norske Opera & Ballet) of Oslo, Norway, where she continues to develop students of various age groups in their pursuit of a professional career.
Mihaela has taught classical ballet across all age levels and has organized abroad Ballet exams, competitions, festivals, workshops, performances and other events for over 18 years. Part of this process included preparing and promoting students for acceptance to full-time training programs in State Ballet academies and pre-professional students looking for a career in the arts.
Additionally, she is up to date with the evolving Ballet world by attending various Ballet and Dance workshops and seminar programs in Romania, Italy, Norway, New York City, London, and Paris.
Mihaela loves her students and is a dedicated teacher by working hard and encouraging students in achieving their own goals to their fullest.

George Amedeo

Amedeo is a co-founder & Director Associate of Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L
Amedeo is a former artistic gymnastics and circus acrobatics international performer, WAG & MAG coach, aerial circus trainer with an experience spanning over 25 years.
Amedeo started his career as an artistic gymnast in Bucharest, Romania at a vocational Gymnastic Sport Club where he had been participating in several national and international gymnastics competitions.
During his career as a gymnast, he received the offer to join the National Circus Acrobats and to perform nationally and internationally with the State run Bucharest Circus Metropolitan and National State Theater Constantin Tanase. During this time, Amedeo toured around the world with: Circuses Lidia Togni in Italy, Gasser Olympia in Switerland, Gandey’s in England, and Zavatta in France.
As well, Amedeo has had the prestigious opportunity to cooperate and work with one of the most famous Romanian movie conductors, director Sergiu Nicolaescu at the International Festival, Karl May Spile in Germany.
After many years as a gymnast and circus performer, driven by his passion and dedication to his craft, Amedeo embraced the idea of sharing from his experience with the new generation. Therefore, Amedeo began his career as a gymnastics and acrobatics trainer.
As a trainer, Amedeo has taught artistic gymnastics and the art of circus acrobatics in Bucharest at Gladiator Club, conducted by the famous international Stuntmen Soby Czech; at the Funny Circus school. Amedeo has also built a distinguished international career as a gymnastics trainer, working extensively in Norway at various sports clubs. Over many years, he has trained girls and boys of all levels, successfully guiding his students to compete in numerous national gymnastics competitions, where they achieved first-, second-, and third-place results.
Amedeo has also coached top-level students who qualified for the highly popular show, Norway’s Got Talent, presenting an aerial circus performance.
Amedeo currently serves as a permanent guest coach in Norway, delivering training in gymnastics and aerial acrobatics disciplines. In addition, he has trained international students in gymnastics and circus acrobatics for show productions and performance projects in Dubai and Qatar.
