Terms & Conditions "Bright On Stage" Event

  1. Organizers
    The “Bright on Stage” International Summer Intensive – Events (hereafter referred to as “the organizers”) is organized by “Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L, Bucharest, Romania. For the International Summer Intensive 1st Edition of 2026.
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By submitting the application form, participants or, where applicable, their parents/legal guardians acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Purpose of the Event
    The purpose of the “Bright on Stage” International Summer Intensive 2026, is to provide an educational and artistic platform for students and professionals to develop their technique and artistry under the guidance of experienced instructors affiliated with prestigious institutions worldwide.
    The organizers reserve the right to adjust course content, structure, and scheduling at their discretion to ensure the highest-quality experience.
  1. Travel Documents
    Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and holding all valid travel and identification documents (e.g. passports, visas, residency permits) required for entry and participation in the host country.
  1. Travel and Accommodation
    Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the participant. The organizers accept no liability for any costs or losses related to travel or lodging.

Hotels near City Center (example): Radisson Blu Hotel, Novotel, Atrium Hotel Ateneu City Center, Grand Hotel Continental, Mercure Bucharest City Center.

  1. Medical Fitness
    Participants may not attend the event if they are injured or otherwise medically unfit to participate. 
  1. Medical Information
    The organizers must be informed in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant health issues. Where required, a written medical declaration or letter must be submitted by email, prior to participation. 
  1. Attire
    Participants must attend in appropriate practice attire for their discipline. 
  1. Liability for Injury or Loss
    Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organizers are not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of property incurred during the event. All participants should take adequate medical insurance to cover for their whole travel and stay. The “Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L” cannot pay or facilitate financially in any way medical treatment of its Summer Intensive Program participants.10. 
  1. Intellectual Property
    All artistic works, including choreographies, exercises, and creative outputs developed during the event, are the exclusive intellectual property of “Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L” of reproduction, sharing, distribution, or use of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. 
  1. Withdrawal by Participant
    The organizers reserve the right to retain the full participation fee in cases of voluntary withdrawal during the courses. 
  1. Withdrawal Due to Injury or Illness
    Refunds may be granted only upon submission of two official medical certificates (not from physiotherapists). No participant can attend the course if carrying an injury that will prevent them from full participation in the classes. 

Withdrawal and refunds: withdrawal of a participant from International Summer Intensive must be communicated in writing to “Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L” official, by email to: baletista@yahoo.com.

The percentage of participation fee refund will depend on the number of days before the starting date of the Summer Intensive Program that withdrawal is communicated according to the below table:

  1. Refund Processing
    Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days of submission and verification of the required documentation. 
  1. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
    The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event.
    If cancellation occurs, participation fees will be refunded (excluding travel and accommodation expenses). 
  1. Changes to Faculty or Artists
    The organizer reserve the right to substitute teachers or guest artists in the event of illness or other unavoidable circumstances. 
  1. Schedule Publication
    The final event schedule will be sent by email, published or displayed two days, before the first day of the event, Monday 27th of July, 2026. 
  1. Media Services and Copyright
    All images and recordings are protected by copyright law and international treaties. They may be used by participants solely for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., portfolios, auditions) and not for commercial use without written consent from both the organizers and the photographer.
    Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. 
  1. Insurance – Travel
    Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel insurance. 
  1. Media Usage Rights
    All photo and video materials recorded during the event are the property of “Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L” and may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes without compensation to participants. 
  1. Data Protection
    Personal data provided during the application process will be collected, processed, and stored by “Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L” in accordance with Romania law, EU GDPR, and applicable in Romania law.
    Data will only be used for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romania law. Participants also agree to comply with applicable local regulations in the host country (e.g., Romania). 
  1. Amendments
    “Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take immediate effect upon publication.

 

Terms & Conditions "Bright On Stage" Competition

  1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT Registration will be done online through our platform. After registration, you will receive a confirmation by email along with the invoice representing the total amount to be paid. Registration will be processed only after payment of the registration fee. Payment of the participation fee will be made to the organizer's IBAN account: Dinica International Stage Performance Academy S.R.L. RO56INGB0000999916558579 SWIFT code: INGBROBU BIC code: 606410008 Bank name: ING Bank N.V. Amsterdam Bucharest Branch. This will also be specified on the invoices issued, along with all payment details.
  2. The deadline for registering for the competition is MAY 25, 2026. Fees will be charged until MAY 25, 2026. In the event that a registered competitor or team cancels their registration, the competition fee is not refundable.
